Therefore, the production phase, including material selection, is the culmination of the company's activities. To achieve high-quality products, only the best available materials and processes are used, with each phase subject to specific procedures and quality control stages.

Solid wood

Boards obtained from sawed trunks are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Dowel Jigs, Cutters, and Sanders. The elements are then joined using mortise and tenon joints and glued with epoxy adhesives and steel screws, then covered with wooden caps.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent by hand or using CNC machines, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are subsequently sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden shafts are hand-woven according to the desired pattern, with only artisan experience guaranteeing the final product at this stage.

Thermoplastic material

Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, once the necessary mold is installed, forms the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored options.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in facilities equipped with powder coating and water-based painting lines.

Padding

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam rubber of various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to create complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and sewn together.

Assembly and packaging

Each product is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition to its new owner!

After-sales service

Even years after happy use, customers can order spare parts and cushions for products that are no longer in production.
