Description
Albino Miranda is a Portuguese manufacturer creating elegant furniture, closely connected to its creator. Since 1989, the owner started with sculptures and later expanded to cosmic furniture designs worldwide. Albino designs two product lines, appropriately named Gansk and Karpa. Of course, many similarities can be found, but their styles differ significantly.
Karpa features captivating pieces that surpass any standard of design, which is why we fell in love with them. They are deeply connected to sculpture and the owner's passion. There is a clear influence of handcrafted work and chisel craftsmanship. Elegant styles are complemented by high-quality materials that we can freely select according to our individual projects.
These sculptures, integrated with minimalist forms, make a huge impression. It’s hard not to feel that the designer draws heavily from surrealism, nature, and the magic of design. The bases of prestigious tables or consoles often resemble the roots of large trees. This creates a very enchanting blend, with no equivalent among our other niche brands.
