History – in their own words!

As children, they were placed in front of a lathe. Day after day, year after year, this lathe achieved success in the workshop.

Today, they are known worldwide. But they haven't changed their way of working. They can't, that's just who they are. They love well-made things. Do you know what well-made means? It's something you thought of, designed, forged, and built right here, before your eyes.

These are products that do not follow fleeting trends, that do not change a hundred times, that last a hundred years. There are also those who buy art pieces worldwide, install them, and sell them as made in Italy. Some pay designers to be fashionable. Others change their path with every gust of wind. We are not among them. Every day, we wake up and look at its beauty. It is a mirror of the sky. We have ancient roots. We have hills and villages that inspire artists. For centuries.

Behind us, above us, on a granite outcrop, is the Madonna del Sasso sanctuary. From here, you can enjoy a view of the entire lake, then Mottarone, the Alps, and in front of us, Sacro Monte di San Giulio with 20 chapels decorated with Morazzone frescoes. Straight ahead, in the middle of the lake, is the island with a basilica built in the 4th century, rebuilt in the year 1000. It is important to surround ourselves with beauty and create beauty while protecting nature. We have always done this.

That is why we meet many international certifications, including the most stringent in the world: certification for the USA and California, which require completely non-toxic products. The brass we love and use does not contain lead. Our faucets do not release nickel or zinc into the water you drink. Nicolazzi S.p.A. has been operating for over 50 years in the sanitary fittings industry, independently researching and designing its products in accordance with international standards.

Adopting a Quality Management System has been a strategic decision by the Nicolazzi S.p.A. management board, becoming a fundamental element in the company's development.

In fact, the management believes it is essential to demonstrate to external bodies (Customers, Suppliers, Certification Bodies, Institutional Authorities) its ability to consistently deliver products that fully meet:

- the requirements specified by the Customer

- the requirements set by Nicolazzi S.p.A.

- the requirements dictated by sector standards and/or mandatory regulations
