Recommendations:
1. Baking in ovens is recommended up to 230°C.
2. Due to high thermal conductivity, these products do not require full power of an electric stove, but about 50-75% of power. For gas stoves, we advise placing pots on a weaker flame.
3. Avoid heating empty cookware.
4. When salting dishes, ensure the water is warm. Adding salt to a pot with cold water may cause pitting corrosion.
Tips:
1. Let utensils cool down before washing.
2. The products are not dishwasher safe.
3. Do not use cleaning products containing bleach.
4. We recommend washing with warm water and detergent. After washing, dry the pot immediately with a soft cloth.
5. Over time, a patina may develop on copper. This does not affect the cooking process in any way.
