The design for this model was created by the founders of Fort Street Studio – Janis Provizor and Brad Davis. Snowflakes, which piercing through the fog, formed snowdrifts resembling cotton fluff, have been depicted on the Drift model as small patches of white, initially dispersed and gradually coming closer together to finally create a mosaic wall. The rug is made of wool blended with natural silk, with a weaving density of 120 knots.
Fort Street Studio founders – Janis Provizor and Brad Davis – decided to channel their extraordinary artistic talent into interior design. Their works have previously been exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art, Whitney Museum, and Albright-Knox Gallery.
