The beginnings of the New York company Warp & Weft date back to 2001, led by Michael Mandapati.
The products are made using materials such as Himalayan wool, mulberry silk, as well as nettle, hemp, and linen. For dyeing, plants are primarily used, which will certainly appeal to all those who care about ecology.
Each product is made in Nepal, where highly skilled artisans craft them by hand. Then the rugs are transported to Switzerland, where they are finished, gaining their final appearance. Thanks to the increased lanolin content, they are softer, more stain-resistant, and gain a beautiful sheen.
