The entire Diamantina model pattern is based on the use of triangles and trapezoids. Between them – in shades of gray, beige, brown, and ivory – there are also blue geometric figures that immediately catch the eye, as if they are in the foreground.
GPC was created in honor of the renowned architect from Milan as part of the collaboration between Gio Ponti Archives and Amini Carpets.
Inspired by the works of the late Italian architect Gio Ponti, who passed away less than four decades ago, an extraordinary brand was established. Products under the GPC logo are handcrafted from natural materials: Tibetan wool and silk. The vibrant colors and high-quality raw materials reference the style of this Italian architect. The same applies to the distinctive design, which includes geometric patterns and individual shapes: circles, hexagons, triangles, as well as straight and zigzag lines.
Gio Ponti, who lived from 1891 to 1979, despite many artistic successes, is mainly remembered as the creator of the Pirelli skyscraper in his hometown.
Tips:
