The origins of the New York-based brand Warp & Weft date back to 2001, when Michael Mandapati decided to establish this exclusive company. The rugs are made using raw materials such as Himalayan wool, mulberry silk, nettle, hemp, and linen. Plants also participate in the dyeing process, which will surely appeal to those who care about the ecosystem.
Each product is handcrafted in Nepal by highly skilled weavers. Then, the rugs are transported to Switzerland, where they are finished and given their final appearance. Thanks to an increased amount of lanolin, they are softer, more stain-resistant, and acquire a distinctive shine.
The variety of decorations means that in the Warp & Weft collection, everyone will find a unique piece to suit even the most discerning tastes.
