High-quality garden furniture today is a complex product unmatched by interior furniture. For this reason, the production phase, including material selection, is the culmination of the company's entire activity. To achieve high-quality products, only the best available materials and processes are used, with each phase subject to specific procedures and quality control stages.

Solid wood

Boards obtained from sawn logs are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Tenoners, and Sanders. The parts are then assembled using dado and dowel joints, epoxy glues, and steel screws, and finished with wooden plugs.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent by hand or with CNC, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden shafts are hand-woven according to the desired pattern, at this stage only artisan experience guarantees the final product.

Thermoplastic material

Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, once the necessary mold is installed, creates the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or pigmented colors.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in a facility equipped with a powder coating line and a water-based painting line.

Padding

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam rubber of various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to achieve complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and joined with fabric.

Assembly and packaging

Each product is carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition for its new owner!
