Exclusive cast metal handle production is part of the services that Marioni offers to clients and professionals. The collection includes several models, crafted with obsessive attention to quality finish and details. Traditional manufacturing processes take place in Florence, in collaboration with master artisans who have been passing down the art of casting through generations for decades. Upon request, even for small series, custom-made components can be produced.
MARIONI is a family story
The company, now in its third generation, was founded in Florence in 1966 by the founder Paolo Marioni's intuition. The initial artisan character of the workshop quickly evolved and since the 1980s has adopted its current corporate identity. Starting with ceramic materials, the company gradually developed interior accessory lines, paying particular attention to color combinations, finishes, and decorations. Their objects are linked to creativity in details and manual craftsmanship.
After Paolo's premature death in 1992, his son Simone took over the company and led its development and expansion into international markets.
This was the time of the Cultura d’Arredo collection launch, showcasing an extraordinary combination of ceramic/fabric, which heralded success through precise market positioning: Marioni offers its clients a range of luxurious products referencing the past, but with a touch of charm, reflecting the uniqueness, authenticity, and originality of “made in Italy”.
The 2000s brought consolidation of distribution across all countries and the beginning of an organizational and management evolution that prepared the company to face new digital challenges, including the creation of its own archive of 3D models ready for AR/VR reality.
In 2018, Vittoria, the firstborn, joined the company as head of communication and quality to confirm the ongoing generational evolution. This way, the company reaches the present with a wealth of fifty years of experience, where artisan production and management concepts are offered to the most refined and demanding clients seeking entirely Italian luxury.
