Since its founding in 1995, S.V.I.S. Trade a.s. has become a well-known manufacturer and distributor of water and gas fittings, particularly connectors — made of brass, cast iron, and welding materials.
At the end of 2019, they completed their first stylish wooden sink order. Since then, the company has expanded their production. More wooden and original sinks have been created, each named after a star in the constellation of the Milky Way/Galaxy. Therefore, you will find products like NOVA, TERRA, SIRIUS, or ORION.
In 2020, the company had a unique opportunity to collaborate with VŠB - TUO (Ostrava University of Technology), specifically with the Department of Building Materials and Building Diagnostics, which resulted in another beautiful creation — a "concrete" sink.
Thanks to many years of experience in manufacturing moulds for cast iron fittings, the company was able to produce and refine technical details for moulds for concrete sinks. As early as 2021, they began custom manufacturing concrete and wooden sinks. The SVIS DESIGN trademark was established. All of this is based in Vsetín.
