Description
The Albino Miranda company is a Portuguese manufacturer producing stylish furniture, closely connected with its creator. Since 1989, the owner started with sculptures and later expanded to offer unconventional furniture to the world. Albino designs two product lines, appropriately named Gansk and Karpa. Of course, many similarities can be found, but their styles differ significantly from each other.
Karpa features fascinating pieces that surpass any design standards, which is why we fell in love with them. They are deeply connected to sculpture and the owner’s passion. There is a clear influence of handcrafting and chisel work. Elegant styles are complemented by high-quality materials that we can freely choose according to our individual projects. The sculptures, forming a whole with minimalist shapes, make a huge impression. It’s hard not to feel that the designer draws heavily from surrealism, nature, and the magic of design. The bases of stylish tables or consoles often resemble the roots of large trees. This is a very charming mix and clearly has no equivalent among our other niche brands.
On the other hand, the Gansk line features exceptionally modern designs created with a light touch. These are luxurious furniture pieces with simple and fresh shapes.
