MARIONI is a family story
The brand, now in its third generation, was founded in Florence in 1966 from the intuition of its founder Paolo Marioni. The initial artisanal nature of the workshop quickly transformed and by the 1980s adopted its current corporate character. Starting with ceramic materials, they gradually developed lines of interior accessories, paying special attention to color combinations, finishes, and decorations. Their objects are associated with the creativity of details and the manual skill of execution.
After the untimely death of Paolo in 1992, his son Simone took the helm of the company and led its development and expansion into international markets.
