Francesco, Bernardo’s son, built the factory and established—using his surname—a true brand. Together with his brother Floriano, they created Quaia furniture.

In the 1980s, Francesco Quaia established the Oasis brand, specializing in the production and design of bathroom furniture, which later became part of the company's offerings.
