The Albino Miranda brand is a Portuguese manufacturer producing luxurious furniture, closely connected to its creator. Since 1989, the owner started with sculptures, later expanding to offer cosmic furniture worldwide. Albino designs two product lines, appropriately named Gansk and Karpa. Of course, many similarities can be found, but their styles differ significantly from each other.
Karpa features fascinating pieces that surpass any design standards, which is why we fell so in love with them. They are closely linked to sculpture and the owner's passion. The influence of handcrafted work and chisel carving is clearly visible. Elegant styles are complemented by high-quality materials that we can freely choose according to our individual projects. The sculptures, forming a whole with minimalist shapes, make a huge impression. It’s hard not to feel that the designer draws heavily on surrealism, nature, and the magic of design. The bases of stylish tables or consoles often resemble the roots of large trees. This is a very peculiar mix and clearly has no equivalent among our other niche brands.
