According to the registration certificate, on November 20, 1916, in Florence, the “most renowned Italian manufacturer of fountain pens” was established. The company was named TIBALDI & Co.
Since then, throughout the twentieth century, people from various fields of life—be they distinguished writers or ordinary everyday people putting their thoughts on paper—have appreciated the elegance and reputation of TIBALDI pens.
Tibaldi products combine elegant ornamentation with technological innovation. Primarily, however, they are writing instruments. They were designed with comfort and durability in mind. The TIBALDI for Bentley collection of pens is inspired by two limited-edition car lines, produced to celebrate the “diamond” anniversary of the factory—Arnage and Continental GT Diamond.
A dizzying look and performance of Bentley, in short – the highest quality – is the common trait of Bentley and Tibaldi products. “Pens from the TIBALDI for Bentley collection are not only a matter of aesthetic pleasure, but are objects with a specific function,” said Brett Boydell, automotive interior designer at Bentley, who was involved in the creation of the collection. Each TIBALDI for Bentley pen is a limited-edition masterpiece, bearing the Bentley hallmark from the Sheffield Assay Office.
