Manufacturing Process

Each component is crafted using the finest machining processes to ensure ultra-smooth operation and unmatched reliability. The final polish is performed by expert polishers who manually finish each part to a flawless shine.

Why solid stainless steel?

The beauty and features of stainless steel have made it an ideal choice for many sculptures and landmarks, such as the Chrysler Building in New York, the Gateway Arch that defines the St. Louis skyline, and the Atomium in Brussels. These same qualities make it the best choice for many industrial and commercial applications, including high-quality bathroom and kitchen fixtures, as well as outdoor installations.

In 1998, MGS produced the first stainless steel mixer for household use. No other manufacturer had used it for this purpose before MGS due to costs and technical challenges: stainless steel is more expensive than brass and more complex to operate because of its hardness and higher melting point. These factors did not deter MGS, whose goal was to offer the most premium products to conscious consumers.

- It is 100% lead-free, which allowed MGS to become the first European manufacturer to obtain NSF61 Annex G certification. It also meets the new low-lead requirements in the USA, effective from January 2014.

- It is 100% recyclable, with a significant portion (about 60%) made from recycled materials.

Some competitors now use stainless steel sheets or pipes to cover the internal brass body. While this may reduce manufacturing costs and provide some of the benefits listed above, it does not offer all of them!

Warranty

MGS products are covered by a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase on all stainless steel parts and a 2-year warranty on all other components. During this period, parts with manufacturing, material, or workmanship defects will be replaced free of charge.
