The owners firmly reject the idea of mass production using unskilled labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the offered knives. For this reason, the philosophy of their workshop places special emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any innovations. They are indeed welcome, provided they introduce elements that do not conflict with the existing idea and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike the competition, the various stages of knife creation are not handled by specialized sections of craftsmen, but are often carried out from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials - the blades are made of steel, while the handles are made from buffalo, bison, deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.
