Manufaktura Zafferano was established in 2001 by Venetian designer Federico de Majo. The founder has always been connected to the glass industry. Today, he designs products for Zafferano, paying particular attention to research and development of new shapes.
With years of experience working alongside master glassmakers and a passion for glass and design, Federico de Majo has created collections that quickly stand out for their originality and innovative process on an international level.
Poldina is a collection of wireless battery-powered lamps, including table lamps, floor lamps, a wall lamp with a hook, pendant lamps, and wall sconces. The “touch” control on the head allows for turning on/off, dimming, and selecting the color temperature of the light. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use (except for finishes in gold, silver, and copper colors).
Electronic control systems monitor remaining autonomy and ensure a steady light stream until the battery is exhausted. Charging is thus optimized and always performed correctly. All models are equipped with a contact charging base.
