The beginnings of Warp & Weft's New York activity date back to 2001. It was then that Michael Mandapati decided to establish an exclusive company. They use, among other materials, Himalayan wool, mulberry silk, nettles, hemp, and linen for production. For dyeing, mainly plants are used, which will appeal to all those who care about ecology.
Products are made in Nepal, where highly skilled artisans craft them by hand. They are then shipped to Switzerland, where they are finished, gaining their unique appearance. Thanks to a higher content of lanolin, they are also softer, more stain-resistant, and acquire a distinctive shine.
