Description
The Albino Miranda brand is a Portuguese manufacturer creating unique furniture, closely linked to its creator. Since 1989, the owner started with sculptures and later expanded to offer unconventional furniture to the world. Albino designs two product lines, appropriately named Gansk and Karpa. Of course, many similarities can be found, but their styles differ significantly from each other.
Karpa features fascinating pieces that surpass any design standards, which is why we fell in love with them. They are closely connected to sculpture and the owner's passion. You can see a clear influence of handcrafted work and chisel carving. The exclusive style is complemented by high-quality materials that we can freely choose according to our individual projects. The sculptures, forming a whole with minimalist shapes, make a huge impression. It’s hard not to feel that the designer strongly references surrealism, nature, and the magic of design. The bases of prestigious tables or consoles often resemble the roots of large trees. This is a very peculiar mix and clearly has no equivalent among our other niche brands.
Meanwhile, the Gansk line features exceptionally modern designs created with a light touch. These are exclusive furniture pieces with simple and fresh shapes.
