High-quality garden furniture today is a complex product unmatched by indoor furniture. Therefore, the production phase, including material selection, is the culmination of the company's activities. To achieve high-quality products, only the best available materials and processes are used, with each stage subject to specific procedures and quality control phases.

Solid wood

Boards obtained from sawed trunks are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Tenoners, and Sanders. The parts are then assembled with dowel and mortise-and-tenon joints, bonded with epoxy adhesives and steel screws, and finished with wooden caps.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent manually or with CNC machines, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Items requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden stems are hand-woven according to the desired pattern; at this stage, only artisan expertise guarantees a quality final product.

Thermoplastic material

Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, once the necessary mold is installed, forms the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored options.

Painting

Items requiring painting are processed in facilities equipped with powder coating and water-based painting lines.

Padding

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam rubber of various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to create complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and sewn together.

Each product is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition to its new owner!
