What quality of leather does the Mascheroni brand use?

The leathers typically used in our sector are about 1.1 - 1.2 mm thick because they are cheaper and easier to process. These more popular leathers are not part of the Mascheroni sample range. The thinnest leathers the brand works with are about 1.4 mm, and this is the starting point. So all the prices provided are for products made with leather of this thickness. The company also has different categories of leather, all significantly thicker and therefore more challenging to process, but they ensure longer durability of the final product. What makes their leather so difficult to process, besides being twice or sometimes even three times thicker than regular leathers, are the physical characteristics of the leathers: for example, "vegetable-tanned leather" is really difficult to bend.
