The GRACE collection stems from a broad path of research and innovation, which could be described as a “total life office,” focused on proposing new products and accessories to create a coordinated and refined atmosphere for contemporary work environments.
In the name of timeless elegance, GRACE is a collection of lamps with simple and rigorous lines, enriched with surprising combinations of noble materials and refined details. Geometric and noble elements combined: a hand-blown glass sphere, balanced on a metal brass-finished base, resting on a round marble or metal support. An essential yet decorative design that fits perfectly into any environment dedicated not only to office but also to home and contract spaces, with maximum flexibility for customization.
The collection is entirely manufactured in Italy from high-quality materials using traditional craftsmanship, ensuring that the final product features excellent workmanship.

The collection consists of two models available in table, floor, pendant, and wall versions. Both share materials, finishes, and details: a blown glass diffuser in the shape of a sphere, available in clear, tinted, and acid-etched white versions; a round base made of Carrara white marble and black Marquina or painted metal in white, black, dark blue, oriental red, curry, and copper; details in brushed brass that enhance the frame.
Model GRACE No. 1 features a simple bridge in one size for the table version and two sizes for the other versions.
Model GRACE No. 2 features a support with an arm in the table and floor versions, with three arms and twelve suspended spheres, and a single support in the wall version. The collection offers maximum freedom to combine base, frame, and glass diffuser finishes to create customized solutions that interpret various styles and environments.

Prof Office was founded in 1995 from experience in the furniture industry, rooted in a family industrial background that designs prestigious office furniture systems, deeply anchored in the northeastern Italian furniture district. Over the past twenty years, the company's economic growth and development path have allowed it to look at the international market, contributing to the worldwide dissemination of Italian design and high quality. By consulting with architects and designers, Prof has strengthened its identity and expanded its product range.
Starting from stylish execution collections, it then developed operational systems, reception solutions, and conference rooms, up to partition walls. Today, this allows offering holistic and tailored furnishing solutions for every workplace.

HEADQUARTERS

The Prof headquarters, along with its plant and offices, is located in Falzè di Piave, in the province of Treviso, 70 kilometers north of Venice, in one of Europe's most important furniture industrial districts. It covers a total area of approximately 8,700 sqm, of which 3,600 are covered. The facility, specialized in manufacturing office furniture, is equipped for woodworking, assembly, packaging, warehousing, and shipping of finished products. The main headquarters houses executive, sales, technical, and administrative offices, conference rooms for client meetings, and a showroom of over 400 sqm that displays all collections of luxury office furniture. In 2017, an expansion of over 1,800 sqm was completed, with 640 sqm dedicated to production, 330 to new offices, and 830 to a new showroom.

PROJECT

At Prof, every element of equipment results from an understanding of the changing dynamics of workplaces. Research has always been a strategic part of the company's development policy and is expressed through an internal Design Department that works closely with external designers and is constantly updated with technological and legislative developments. Prof models are fully designed and produced in Italy, in full compliance with European safety and hygiene standards. For this reason, Prof collections stand out for their high design, ergonomics, and functionality.

DESIGN CONSULTING
Prof provides comprehensive design and consulting services, including analysis of client requirements, layout studies with targeted and personalized furnishing proposals, along with technical drawings and rendering.

CUSTOMIZATION

Prof can offer and execute personalized services on standard production models: from manufacturing oversized elements, sourcing new materials and finishes, to creating samples and prototypes. Thanks to its versatile production capabilities, the Professor has developed specialized knowledge in non-standard consumable materials, from small and medium projects to excellent personalized creations.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Thanks to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification system for managing non-compliant products and complaints, Prof maintains constant control over issues encountered during assembly and use. The company provides technical and after-sales support services, including full information, modifications, and repairs.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Prof's high production flexibility allows, in addition to series manufacturing, the realization of custom-designed projects tailored to specific client needs. The Design Department can support clients or designers in developing and producing unique products, both functional and aesthetic, with fully personalized finishes. Careful advice at every stage of implementation: targeted design, with meticulous material selection and attention to detail, culminating in construction step-by-step until final installation. Production is entirely adapted to individual needs.

ENVIRONMENT

In response to increasing international market competition by improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and streamlining internal production processes, Prof obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certification in 2012. Adopting a quality management system is a strategic decision for Prof, enabling more concrete business goals. In a world constantly seeking quality and increasingly sensitive to environmental issues, Prof focuses on maximum experience in designing and producing office furniture with respect for the environment. From carefully selected raw materials, through the entire processing and packaging process, to disposal, everything aims to protect health and save energy.

As a result, Prof uses certified E1 boards in accordance with European regulations on formaldehyde emissions, both for raw materials and laminates.

Obtaining the ISO 14001: 2004 certification in 2012 confirms Professor's specific commitment to establishing his own environmental management system, which regulates the impact of production activities on the environment, striving for continuous improvement. In 2015, during the same twenty-year period of the company, Prof introduced a new green logo to confirm and identify his commitment to environmental sustainability as an integral part of his business and production growth process. In 2017, the company reaffirmed its “eco-friendly” strategy, confirming its core values of “sustainable” and “responsible,” by switching to a new electricity provider (Dolomiti Energia) that sources 100% from renewable sources.

EKOPACKAGING

Prof continues his commitment to a production system capable of minimizing environmental impact. In 2016, Prof invested in a modern packaging plant using biodegradable cardboard, enabling individual training in packaging. Optimization tailored to specific products allows for significant reductions in packaging costs, storage, and consequently waste disposal. To improve waste management, several separate collection points for post-production waste have been established within the company. All waste is stored in special containers, which are then subjected to recycling processes.

Demonstrating a commitment to quality, Prof obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 certification and adheres to international standards for quality in design, development, production, and customer service.
