The GRACE collection stems from a broad path of research and innovation that could be described as a “total life office,” focused on proposals for new products and accessories to create a coordinated and refined atmosphere for contemporary work environments.
In the name of timeless elegance, GRACE is a collection of lamps with simple and rigorous lines, enriched with surprising combinations of noble materials and refined details. Geometric and noble elements combined: a hand-blown glass sphere, balanced on a metal brass-finished base, resting on a round marble or metal support. An essential yet decorative design that fits perfectly into any environment dedicated not only to offices but also to homes and contract spaces, with maximum flexibility for customization.
The collection is entirely produced in Italy using high-quality materials and traditional craftsmanship, ensuring the final product features excellent craftsmanship.

The collection consists of two models available in table, floor, pendant, and wall versions. Both share materials, finishes, and details: a blown glass diffuser in the shape of a sphere, available in clear, tinted, and acid-etched white versions; a round base made of Carrara marble and black Marquina or painted metal in white, black, dark blue, oriental red, curry, and copper; details in brushed brass that enhance the frame.
Model GRACE N° 1 features a simple bridge in one size for the table version and two sizes for the other versions.
Model GRACE N° 2 has a support with an arm in the table and floor versions, with three arms and twelve suspended spheres, as well as a single support in the wall version. The collection offers maximum freedom to combine base, frame, and glass diffuser finishes to create custom solutions that interpret different styles and environments.

Prof Office was founded in 1995 from experience in the furniture industry, rooted in a family industrial reality that designs prestigious office furniture systems deeply anchored in the northeastern Italian furniture district. Over the past twenty years, Prof’s economic growth and development path have allowed it to look at the international market, contributing to the worldwide dissemination of Italian design and high quality. By consulting with architects and designers, Prof has strengthened its identity and expanded its product range.
Starting with stylish execution collections, it then developed operational systems, reception solutions, and conference rooms, up to partition walls. Today, this enables offering holistic and tailored furnishing solutions for every workplace.

HEADQUARTERS

The headquarters of Prof, along with the plant and offices, is located in Falzè di Piave, in the province of Treviso, 70 kilometers north of Venice, in one of Europe’s most important furniture industrial districts. It covers a total area of approximately 8,700 sqm, of which 3,600 sqm are covered. The facility, specialized in manufacturing office furniture, is equipped for work in the wood department, assembly, packaging, warehousing, and logistics of finished products. The main building houses executive, sales, technical, and administrative offices, conference rooms for client meetings, and a showroom of over 400 sqm that displays all collections of luxury office furniture. In 2017, an expansion of over 1,800 sqm was completed, with 640 sqm dedicated to production, 330 to new offices, and 830 to a new showroom.

PRODUCTION

The brand manufactures exclusively at the Falzè di Piave facility in the Treviso province and always bases its identity on the utmost respect for people, the land, and materials. Strong local roots and innate "know-how," which has evolved also thanks to new technologies, have allowed the Professor to confirm and solidify his success by continuing to blend tradition and innovation, adapting to new socio-economic changes. Prof's production organization is focused on "just in time," enabling the combination of reliability, inventory reduction, and increased quality and customer service. The entire Prof network operates throughout Italy, mainly within the designated manufacturing district where the vast majority of raw material and semi-finished product suppliers are located. All products are fully designed and made in Italy to ensure a standard of consistent excellence.

PROJECT

At Prof, every element of equipment stems from an understanding of the changing dynamics of workplaces. Research has always been a strategic part of the company's development policy and is expressed through an internal Design Department that works closely with external designers and is continuously updated with technological and legislative developments. Prof models are entirely designed and manufactured in Italy, fully compliant with European safety and health standards. For this reason, Prof collections stand out for their high design, ergonomics, and functionality.

DESIGN CONSULTING
Prof provides comprehensive design and consulting services, including analysis of client requirements, layout studies with targeted and personalized furnishing proposals, along with technical drawings and rendering.

PERSONALIZATION

Prof can offer and execute customized services on standard production models: from manufacturing oversized elements, sourcing new materials and finishes, to creating samples and prototypes. Thanks to its versatile production capabilities, Professor has developed specialized knowledge in non-standard consumable materials, from small and medium projects to excellent personalized creations.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Thanks to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification system for managing non-compliant products and complaints, Professor maintains constant control over issues encountered during assembly and use. The company provides technical and after-sales support services, including full information, modifications, and repairs.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Prof’s high production flexibility allows, in addition to series manufacturing, the realization of custom-designed projects tailored to specific client needs. The Design Department can support clients or designers in developing and producing unique products, both functional and aesthetic, with fully personalized finishes.
Careful advice at every stage: targeted design, with meticulous material selection and attention to detail, culminating in step-by-step construction until final installation.
The production is fully adapted to individual needs.

ENVIRONMENT

In response to increasing international market competition through improved customer satisfaction and loyalty, and rationalization of internal production processes, Professor obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certification in 2012. Adopting a quality management system is a strategic decision for Prof, enabling more concrete business goals. In a world constantly seeking quality and increasingly sensitive to environmental issues, Prof focuses on maximum experience in designing and producing office furniture with respect for the environment. From carefully selected raw materials, through the entire processing and packaging process, to disposal, everything aims to protect health and save energy.

As a result, Prof uses certified E1 panels in accordance with European regulations on formaldehyde emissions for both raw materials and laminates. Each panel is then marked by the Ecological Panel Consortium, ensuring that semi-finished products are produced through wood reuse in the manufacturing process, which does not involve tree felling.Obtaining the ISO 14001: 2004 certification in 2012 confirms Professor's specific commitment to establishing his own environmental management system, which regulates the impact of production activities on the environment, striving for continuous improvement. In 2015, during the same twenty-year period of the company, Prof introduced a new green logo to confirm and identify his commitment to environmental sustainability as an integral part of its operations and growth process. In 2017, the company reaffirmed its "eco-friendly" strategy, emphasizing its "sustainable" and "responsible" values, by choosing a new electricity provider (Dolomiti Energia) that sources 100% from renewable sources.

ECOPACKAGING

Prof continues his commitment to a production system capable of minimizing environmental impact. In 2016, Prof invested in a modern packaging machinery park using biodegradable cardboard, enabling individual training in packaging. Optimization tailored to specific products allows for significant reductions in packaging costs, storage, and consequently waste disposal. To improve waste management, several separate collection points for post-production waste have been established within the company. All waste is stored in special containers, which are then subjected to recycling processes.
