The Ascent Trainer is exceptional. On one hand, thanks to Perfect Stride Motion, it offers an elliptical path and dynamic treadmills for particularly ergonomic training. Additionally, you can intensify your workout and target specific muscle groups such as the glutes, calves, front and rear thighs. How does it work? Thanks to electronically adjustable incline, the flat elliptical becomes a stepping motion.
With the precise induction brake, the Ascent Trainer allows you to adjust the training resistance exactly to your fitness level, so you can get the most out of your workout. Thanks to Suspension Elliptical technology, the Ascent Trainer has no wheels or rails, which minimizes noise, friction, and wear.
