Silver and white slicer S72011 - Graef

Exclusive SKS 72011 Slicer is made entirely of metal in a silver-white color with a professional appearance, self-supporting with a base made of solid, stable, and safe tempered glass (ESG) and a unique lighting concept. Smooth thickness adjustment from 0–20 mm. The slicer features a momentary and continuous operation switch: the blade rotates continuously or momentarily.

Illumination of the adjustment scale and slicing area provides a clear view of the object being sliced and the thickness. Intelligent lighting: when the limiter is open and the blade is ready for slicing, the slicer is initially illuminated in blue. After 1 minute, the color changes to red, providing a constant reminder of the open blade. For added safety, the red light stays on until the limiter is closed. Pulsing light indicates standby mode after 5 minutes. Additionally, the slicer is equipped with a child safety lock.

The extremely quiet operation of the slicer is ensured by a 170-watt maintenance-free capacitor motor.

The smooth, freely rotating stainless steel blade with a hollow grind Ø 170 mm delivers optimal slicing results. The blade can be sharpened independently with the diamond sharpener Graef included in the set. To reduce friction and facilitate slicing, the blade cover is made of stainless steel.

The set includes the MiniSlice attachment for thin slicing and a knife sharpener.
