Woven from silk from Dandong, the Rhombus model is another example of the playful line work characteristic of many patterns by Fort Street Studio. The name of the collection - Drawn Lines - suggests that the line is a foundation for exploring possibilities for the brand's founders. This time, the rug features lines arranged in the shape of curved rhombuses - their sides bend inward, concave, on both sides of the longer edges of the rug. Its weaving density is 120 knots, 15 threads per knot.

Fort Street Studio was founded by a married couple of individualists with a substantial artistic background – Janis Provisor and Brad Davis, who transferred their immense passion for art into interior decoration. Before dedicating themselves to creating their own brand from scratch, their work was exhibited at, among others, the Museum of Modern Art, Whitney Museum, and Albright Knox Gallery.
Thanks to the immense creativity and exceptional skills of this duo, a company was born that is different from others – based on original, interesting patterns and carefully selected materials. Fort Street Studio – the name comes from the street where they lived – has been setting new trends in interior design since 1997.
