Woven from silk from Dandong, the Rhombus model is another example of the playful line work characteristic of many designs by Fort Street Studio. The name of the collection itself - Drawn Lines - suggests that the line is a foundation for exploring possibilities for the brand's founders. This time, the rug features lines arranged in the shape of curved rhombuses - their sides bend inward, concave, on both sides of the longer edges of the rug. Its weaving density is 120 knots, 15 threads per knot.

Fort Street Studio was founded by a married couple of individualists with a substantial artistic background – Janis Provisor and Brad Davis, who transferred their immense love for art into interior decoration. Before dedicating themselves to creating their own brand from scratch, their works were exhibited at institutions such as the Museum of Modern Art, Whitney Museum, and Albright Knox Gallery.
