Fort Street Studio was founded by a couple of individualists with artistic backgrounds – Janis Provisor and Brad Davis, who transferred their enduring fascination with art into the realm of interior decoration. Before passionately engaging in creating this new brand, their works were exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art, Whitney Museum, and Albright Knox Gallery.
Thanks to their immense creativity and exceptional skills, this pair created a company distinguished by others – based on unconventional, inventive patterns and carefully selected materials. Fort Street Studio – the name derives from the street where the artists lived – has been setting new trends in interior design for two decades. They have showcased their products at fairs in Paris, London, and Milan, and in 2010, collaborated with the French department store Hermès.
