The copper coating, nearly 2.5 millimeters thick, guarantees high durability and allows for energy savings (see: Recommendations, point 2).

Falk Culinair has been managed by the Van Achter family since 1958, making it a company with strong roots and a long tradition.
Recommendations:
1. Baking in the oven is recommended up to a maximum temperature of 230°C.
2. Since copper is a good heat conductor, these products usually do not require full power of an electric stove, but about 50-75% of power. For gas stoves, we recommend placing the pots on a weaker flame.
3. Avoid heating empty cookware.
4. When salting, ensure the water is heated. Adding salt to a pot with cold water may cause pitting corrosion.
Tips:
1. Let the utensils cool down before washing.
2. Do not wash copper pots in the dishwasher.
3. Do not use cleaning products containing bleach.
4. It is recommended to wash with lukewarm water and detergent. After washing, dry immediately with a soft cloth.
5. Over time, a patina may appear on copper. This does not affect the cooking process in any way.
6. To keep copper utensils looking like new, use pastes and polishes designed for cleaning this type of material.
