The beginnings of W&W's New York operation date back to 2001, thanks to Michael Mandapati.
The rugs are made from raw materials such as Himalayan wool, mulberry silk, nettle, hemp, and linen. For dyeing, plant-based methods are used, which is an environmentally friendly process and will surely appeal to all fauna and flora enthusiasts.
Each product is handcrafted in Nepal by highly skilled weavers. The rugs are then transported to Switzerland, where they are finished to achieve their final appearance. Thanks to an increased content of lanolin, these products are softer, more stain-resistant, and gain a distinctive shine.
The variety of patterns means that Warp & Weft offers a gem for even the most refined tastes.
