Tips:
1. Baking in the oven is safe up to 230°C (which is 450°F).
2. Due to high thermal conductivity, these products generally do not require full gas stove power, but about 50-75% of the maximum. For gas stoves, we recommend placing pots on a lower flame.
3. Avoid heating empty cookware.
4. When seasoning, especially with salt, first check if the water is warm. Adding salt to a pot with cold water can cause pitting corrosion. This occurs due to the chemical reaction between sodium chloride (contained in salt), water, and metal.
Recommendations:
1. Allow utensils to cool before washing.
2. Do not wash copper pots in a dishwasher.
3. We do not recommend using cleaning products containing bleach on copper items.
4. It is recommended to wash with lukewarm water and detergent. After washing, dry the pots immediately with a soft cloth.
5. Over time, a patina may develop on copper. This does not affect the cooking process.
6. To keep copper utensils looking like new, use pastes and polishes designed for cleaning this type of material.
7. To prevent rusting of cast iron handles, occasionally apply vegetable oil.
