Falk Culinair has been managed by the Van Achter family since 1958, making it a company with deep roots and a long tradition.
Recommendations:
1. Using ovens is safe up to a temperature of 230°C (which is 450°F).
2. Since copper is a good heat conductor, these products typically do not require full stove power, but about 50-75%. For gas stoves, we recommend placing the pots on a lower flame.
3. Avoid heating empty cookware.
4. When seasoning dishes, especially with salt, water should be preheated. Adding salt to a pot with cold water may cause pitting corrosion. This occurs due to a chemical reaction between sodium chloride, water, and metal.
Care tips:
1. Allow utensils to cool before washing.
2. The products are not dishwasher safe.
