The Falk Culinair manufactory has been managed by the Van Achter family since 1958, making it a company with strong roots and a long tradition.
Recommendations:
1. Using ovens is safe up to a temperature of 230°C (which is 450°F).
2. Since copper is a good heat conductor, these products usually do not require full stove power, but about 50-75%. For gas stoves, we recommend placing the pots on a lower flame.
3. Avoid heating empty cookware.
4. When seasoning dishes, especially with salt, water should be preheated. Adding salt to a pot with cold water may cause pitting corrosion. This occurs due to the chemical reaction between sodium chloride, water, and metal.
Care tips:
1. Allow utensils to cool before washing.
2. The products are not dishwasher safe.
3. We do not recommend using cleaning products containing bleach.
4. It is recommended to wash with lukewarm water and detergent. After washing, dry the pots immediately with a soft cloth.
