The Albino Miranda brand is a Portuguese manufacturer creating unique furniture, closely linked to its creator. Since 1989, the owner started with sculptures and later expanded to offer cosmic furniture to the world. Albino designs two product lines, called Gansk and Karpa. Of course, many similarities can be found, but their styles differ significantly from each other.
Karpa is a fascinating collection that exceeds any design standards, which is why we fell in love with it. They are closely connected to sculpture and the owner's passion. A clear influence of handcrafted work and chisel carving is evident. Elegant style is complemented by high-quality materials that we can freely choose according to our individual projects. These sculptures, forming a whole with minimalist shapes, make a huge impression. It’s hard not to get the impression that the designer draws heavily from surrealism, nature, and the magic of design. The bases of prestigious tables or consoles often resemble the roots of large trees. This is a very peculiar mix and clearly has no equivalent among our other niche brands.
Meanwhile, the Gansk line features very modern designs crafted with a high degree of lightness. These are luxurious furniture pieces with simple and fresh shapes. They appear very lightweight and perfectly complement any stylish interior. Simplicity and slender lines provide every design enthusiast with a solid dose of functional art.
