MARIONI is a family story

The company, now in its third generation, was founded in Florence in 1966 from the intuition of its founder Paolo Marioni. The initial artisanal nature of the workshop quickly transformed and by the 1980s adopted its current corporate character. Starting with ceramic materials, they gradually developed interior furnishing product lines, paying special attention to color combinations, finishes, and decorations. Their objects are linked to the creativity of details and the manual skill of execution.

After Paolo's untimely death in 1992, his son Simone took the helm of the company and guided its development and expansion into international markets.
This was the time for the launch of the Cultura d’Arredo collection, which presents an extraordinary combination of ceramics/fabrics and heralds success thanks to precise market positioning: Marioni offers its clients a range of luxury products that reference the past but with a touch of charm, reflecting the uniqueness, authenticity, and originality of "made in Italy."

The 2000s brought the consolidation of distribution in all countries worldwide and the beginning of a path of organizational and managerial evolution, which will lead the company to face new challenges of digitization, up to the creation of its own archive of three-dimensional models ready for AR/VR reality.

In 2018, the firstborn Vittoria joined the company as head of communication and quality, to testify to further generational evolution. Thus, the company reaches the present with the wealth of fifty years of experience, where artisanal production and management concept are made available to the most sophisticated and demanding clients seeking entirely Italian luxury.
