Currently, high-quality garden furniture is a complex product that has no equal compared to indoor furniture. Solid wood

Boards obtained from sawed trunks are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Tenoners, Cutters, and Sanders. The elements are then joined with inlays and dowels, as well as epoxy adhesives and steel screws, and finally covered with wooden plugs.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent by hand or using CNC machines, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden stems are hand-woven according to the desired pattern, with only artisan experience guaranteeing the final product at this stage.

Thermoplastic material

Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, after installing the necessary mold, creates the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored options.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in a facility equipped with powder coating and water-based painting lines.

Stuffed

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam rubber of various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to create complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and joined with other fabrics.
