Elegant design combined with high-quality materials embodies the essence of Sevensedie. In 1965, Italian entrepreneur Diego Piva opened a workshop where he crafted the finest: classic wooden chairs. His craftsmanship was quickly recognized. He expanded his small carpentry workshop to include new projects while maintaining the same high standards: it became an Italian furniture company that continued to grow.
Diego’s knowledge and skills were rewarded for dedicating his life to something meaningful, which over the years never stopped growing (like a child). After years, Diego Piva decided to pass management to three long-time collaborators: Massimo, Federico, and Luca. Today, they run an Italian manufacturing company that aims to realize an original philosophy, combined with innovation. The new leadership took the company into their hands, revitalized the product range with great effort and determination, and approached the furniture market with a new spirit. In addition to traditional Italian chair production, many new designer chairs and armchairs in contemporary and modern styles have been introduced.
Luxury chairs alone were not enough to meet the ever-growing demand for high-quality Italian furniture. Soon, the range was expanded to include sofas, tables, coffee tables, cabinets, and bedroom furniture.
The company has exhibited at the most renowned Italian furniture fairs worldwide, including Salone del Mobile Milano, for 35 consecutive years since its first participation in 1985.
