Description
An elegant rectangular wooden table that can be easily combined with classic baroque-style furniture. It features a drop-leaf mechanism on the top. Carvings on the legs and side band can be accentuated with a silver or gold lacquer finish.
Italian design combined with high-quality materials creates the hallmark of Sevensedie. In 1965, Italian entrepreneur Diego Piva opened a workshop where he crafted the finest: traditional wooden chairs. The quality of his work was quickly recognized. A small carpentry workshop expanded into new projects while maintaining the same high standards: it became an Italian furniture company that continuously evolved.
Diego’s knowledge and skills were rewarded for dedicating his life to something meaningful, which never stopped growing over the years (like a child). After years at the helm, Diego Piva decided to entrust management to three long-standing collaborators: Massimo, Federico, and Luca. Today, they run an Italian manufacturing plant that aims to realize an original philosophy while integrating innovation. The new leadership took the company into their hands, refreshed the product range with great effort and determination, and approached the furniture market with a new spirit. In addition to classic Italian chair production, many new designer chairs and armchairs in contemporary and modern styles have been introduced.
Luxury chairs alone were not enough to satisfy the ever-growing demand for high-quality Italian furniture. Soon, the range was expanded to include sofas, tables, coffee tables, cabinets, and bedroom furniture.
The company has exhibited at the most renowned Italian furniture fairs worldwide, including Salone del Mobile Milano, for 35 consecutive years since its first participation in 1985. Today, Sevensedie is recognized worldwide for its distinctive Italian furniture collections, capable of meeting every need from classic to modern and contemporary styles.
