Ascent Trainer is exceptional. On one hand, thanks to Perfect Stride Motion, it offers an elliptical motion path and dynamic treadmills for particularly ergonomic training. Additionally, you can intensify your workout and target specific muscle groups such as glutes, calves, front and rear thighs. How does it work? Thanks to electronically adjustable incline, the flat ellipse becomes a stepping motion similar to a stepper.
