An Italian, from a young age he was passionate about working with precious metals - he dedicated a lot of free time to observing Italian artisans at workshops located in the heart of Padua.
After some time, he received his first award - a gold medal at the International Craft Fair in Florence. Through collaboration with other craft enthusiasts, his workshop continued to grow and now boasts worldwide popularity!
The product we present to you is a Dining Fork from the Rain series, decorated with aghi finished with the PVD method, which involves physical vapor deposition plating.
This cycle is carried out in a vacuum, making it environmentally friendly, and products finished with this technique can be uniformly coated in any gold color.
PVD coatings provide the item with resistance to wear due to their hardness.
Their resistance to compressive stresses is increased by impact resistance of the blades and thermal crack resistance.
Modern coatings combine these components in layers and/or laminar coatings. Laminar coatings consist of numerous thin layers, in the nanometer range, which make the coating even harder.
