Zanetto is a company founded in 1963 by Bernardo Zanetto, who from a young age was interested in precious metalworking. 

He dedicated a lot of free time to observing Italian artisans at workshops located in the heart of Padua. 

At the age of 14, he landed his dream job in one of these workshops - immediately recognizing the exceptional potential dormant in the young man. Determined and disciplined, with astonishing talent, he eventually decided to start his own business. Soon after, he received his first accolade - a gold medal at the International Crafts Fair in Florence.

Collaborating with other craft enthusiasts, his workshop developed rapidly and progressively, gaining recognition worldwide!

The Zanetto fruit knife was finished with a special PVD technique and decorated with Aghi texture.

Products finished with this technique are incredibly resistant to abrasion and scratches, with a hard surface, corrosion and UV ray resistant. One of the main advantages is the low temperature process, which prevents thermal deformation (typical PVD layer lasts about 10 years). This process is environmentally friendly, conducted in a vacuum, and plated products can be given any gold color with an evenly applied layer.
