Sessanta is an exclusive collection of desks, storage units, and conference tables. It combines meticulous material selection to harmoniously and alternately interact on the surfaces and volumes of the furniture. The 60 mm thickness is a common thread that distinguishes and unites the collection's elements. Numerous finishes, from veneered wood, through Fenix colors, to solid wood and melamine in a uniform color. Rectangular conference tables with simple and fundamental shapes feature a 60 mm thick top composed of divided and assembled surfaces in an intricate geometric pattern, which in the melamine and veneered wood versions depict a distinctive crossing of veins. In the center, there is a lowered compartment for channeling, in the same color or contrasting with the top. The surface can be entirely covered with saddle leather with visible stitching, to give an even more elegant and refined appearance. The base is made of wood with finishes available in the catalog. They come in various sizes and can be freely combined in modular configurations, up to large dimensions.

The round version features a conference table with a wooden top with a characteristic vein crossing and a matte painted metal base.

Prof Office was founded in 1995 from experience in the furniture industry, a family-run industrial reality that produces prestigious office furniture systems, deeply rooted in the northeastern Italian furniture district. Over these twenty years, the company's economic growth and development path have enabled it to look at the international market, contributing to the dissemination of Italian design and high quality worldwide. By consulting architects and designers, Prof has strengthened its identity and expanded its product range.
Starting with designer execution collections, it then developed operational systems, reception solutions, and conference rooms, up to partition walls. Today, this allows offering complete and customized furnishing solutions for any workspace.

HEADQUARTERS

The headquarters of Prof, along with the plant and offices, is located in Falzè di Piave, in the Treviso province, 70 kilometers north of Venice, in one of Europe's most important furniture industrial districts. It covers a total area of approximately 8,700 sqm, of which 3,600 are covered. The facility, specialized in manufacturing office furniture, is equipped for work in the wood department, assembly, packaging, warehousing, and shipping of finished products. The main building houses executive, sales, technical, and administrative offices, conference rooms for client meetings, and a showroom of over 400 sqm, showcasing all collections of luxury office furniture. In 2017, an expansion of over 1,800 sqm was completed, with 640 sqm dedicated to production, 330 to new offices, and 830 to a new showroom.

PRODUCTION

The brand manufactures exclusively at the Falzè di Piave plant in the Treviso province and always bases its identity on the highest respect for people, the land, and materials. Strong local roots and innate "know-how," which has evolved also thanks to new technologies, have allowed Prof to confirm and consolidate its success by continuing to combine tradition and innovation, adapting to new socio-economic changes. Prof's production organization is focused on "just in time," enabling reliability, inventory reduction, and increased quality and customer service. The entire Prof network operates mainly in Italy within the local production district, where the vast majority of raw material and semi-finished supplier companies are located. All products are fully designed and manufactured in Italy to ensure a standard of consistent excellence.

Prof provides comprehensive design and advisory services, including analysis of client requirements, layout studies with targeted and personalized equipment proposals, along with technical drawings and rendering.

CUSTOMIZATION

Prof can offer and execute personalized services on standard production models: from manufacturing oversized components, sourcing new materials and finishes, to producing samples and prototypes. Thanks to its versatile manufacturing capabilities, Prof has developed specialized knowledge in non-standard consumable materials, handling projects from small and medium to highly personalized creations.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Thanks to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification system for managing non-conforming products and complaints, Prof maintains strict control over issues encountered during assembly and use. The company provides technical and after-sales support services, including full information, modifications, and repairs.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Prof’s broad production flexibility allows, in addition to series manufacturing, the realization of custom-designed projects tailored to specific client needs. The Design Department can support clients or designers in developing and producing unique products, both functional and aesthetic, with completely individual finishes.
Careful advice at every stage: targeted design, with meticulous material selection and attention to detail, culminating in construction step-by-step until final installation.
The production is fully adapted to individual needs.

ENVIRONMENT

In response to increasing international market competition by improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and streamlining internal production processes, Prof obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certification in 2012. Adopting a quality management system is a strategic decision for Prof, enabling more concrete business goals. In a world constantly seeking quality and increasingly sensitive to environmental issues, Prof emphasizes maximum experience in designing and manufacturing office furniture with respect for the environment. From carefully selected raw materials, through the entire processing and packaging process, to disposal, everything aims to protect health and save energy.

As a result, Prof uses certified E1 boards in accordance with European regulations on formaldehyde emissions, both for raw materials and laminates.
Each panel is then marked by the Ecological Panel Consortium, ensuring that semi-finished products are produced through the reuse of wood in the manufacturing process, which does not involve tree felling.

Obtaining the ISO 14001: 2004 certification in 2012 confirms Prof’s commitment to establishing its own environmental management system, regulating the impact of production activities on the environment and striving for continuous improvement. In 2015, during the company's twenty-year anniversary, Prof introduced a new green logo to confirm and identify its commitment to sustainable environmental development as an integral part of its operations and growth process. In 2017, the company reaffirmed its “eco-friendly” strategy, emphasizing its values of “sustainability” and “responsibility,” and switched to a new energy provider (Dolomiti Energia) that sources 100% from renewable sources.
