Contrary to this situation, the philosophy of Berti Knives, a manufacturer of exceptional knives for various purposes, stands. Founded in 1895 by David Berti, the family workshop appears to be completely autonomous from the trends that have dominated the world over the years. Its core value is fidelity to tradition, which is still cultivated by the fourth generation of experienced artisans.

The brand's founders strongly reject the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the products. For this reason, their company's philosophy places special emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to change. Changes are highly desirable, provided they introduce elements consistent with the existing idea and can withstand years of quality testing.

Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of artisans but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
High-quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, and handles include materials such as bison, buffalo, deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.

The owners recommend that, although their knives are designed for everyday use, they should be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their durability for many years. Each one is a small, unique work of art.
