Francesco Avenanti, a master craftsman, worked by candlelight; with passion and perseverance, he produced everyday furniture and designer items for local aristocrats, the curia, and churches. The Avenanti family immediately distinguished itself with excellent skills and a love for attention to detail. Excellence has always been their mission, and Francesco passed this value to his son Pompeo, who in turn passed it to his three sons: Pompeo, Emilio, and Francesco. The latter entrusted all his knowledge and skills to his heirs, Eolo and Giacomo, and so on to this day.
