Jarosław Jaśnikowski's paintings serve as a kind of narrative of the artist's journey through unknown worlds. By creating an alternate reality, he subjects it to completely different laws of physics, mocking gravity and the properties of matter. Although in many places the Alternate Worlds of Jarek closely resemble the reality we encounter daily, we quickly realize that this apparent similarity is merely a pillar upon which the artist builds his own universe. Painting by Jaśnikowski is also characterized by the artist's love for all kinds of fantasy vehicles, machines, and a fondness for Gothic style. His paintings are shrouded in a dark mystery, creating a unique atmosphere characteristic of this artist's work.
