Anna Wilk's work has received recognition from art critics.

“My inspiration for creating this series of images was the microscopic world of industrial elements. For a long time, I observed tiny objects in a greatly enlarged scale. The world I discovered amazed me and drew me into its magical spectacle. I was fascinated by the beauty hidden in a rusty screw, a nail, a rotted beam, or a battered gas box. As I spent hours examining my fascinations, I realized that I am a silent observer of the chemical happening of decay “Fe2O3”. These impressions lived within me and stimulated my imagination. At some point, I started to wonder what would happen if these objects could tell their story…” Anna Wilk
