Product quality and customer service are the domain of Il Giardino di Legno. Two key principles for which the skills and passion of stakeholders, along with an extremely flexible production organization, are fundamental. This allows the company to respond effectively to both stock and custom orders, enabling clients to create their dream of exclusive garden furniture.
High-quality garden furniture is a complex product that stands unmatched compared to indoor furniture. For this reason, the production phase, including material selection, is the culmination of the company's activities. To achieve high-quality products, only the best available materials and processes are used, with each stage following strict procedures and quality control phases.
Solid wood
Boards obtained from sawed logs are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Tenoners, and Sanders. The parts are then assembled with dowel joints and glued with epoxy and steel screws, and finished with wooden plugs.
Metal
Metal rods are cut, bent manually or with CNC machines, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.
Fabrics
Metal or wooden stems are hand-woven according to the desired pattern, with craftsmanship ensuring the final quality at this stage.
Thermoplastic material
Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, once the necessary mold is installed, forms the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored options.
Painting
Products requiring painting are processed in a facility equipped with powder coating and water-based painting lines.
Padding
All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam with various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to create complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and sewn together.

Each product is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition to its new owner!
