Luigi Bigoloni founded Manital in 1990 in Vobarno, a small town in the province of Brescia, a territory renowned worldwide for metalworking and craftsmanship. From the very beginning, Bigoloni laid the foundations of the company's philosophy: a passion for design, attention to detail, and a pursuit of innovation.
The 1990s were an excellent opportunity to develop and implement cutting-edge technologies for handle production, including the introduction of new manufacturing systems centered around robotics and automation, semi-automatic assembly lines, and computerized warehouse management systems.
The use of state-of-the-art industrial technologies allows for perfecting the production cycle, reducing waste, and optimizing quality. However, manual craftsmanship, which represents the cultural heritage of the Brescia Valleys, remains an integral part of Manital's production.
BRASS
Eco-friendly, thanks to the possibility of complete recycling. Durable over time due to excellent corrosion resistance. Brass is an alloy composed of 60% copper, a material that is 100% recyclable and naturally antibacterial.
ZINC ALLOY
The zinc processing process involves reduced energy consumption and minimal emissions into the atmosphere. Moreover, it can be repeatedly melted down and reused without losing its original properties, and all waste generated during production is fully recyclable.
FINISHES
The Italian brand Manital offers a variety of electroplated and PVD finishes. The electroplating process coats the base metal of the handle with another type of metal, making it more resistant and durable.
