These sheep graze at altitudes above 4200 meters above sea level, and their wool is rich in lanolin. This unique feature makes Odegard Carpets rugs more stain-resistant.
Interesting colors are the result of manual processing and dyeing. Inspiration for creating rugs comes from both Venetian textiles, Tibetan and Buddhist symbols, art, architecture, and nature. Many patterns are inspired by tropical leaf shapes or the hues of the setting sun over the peaks of the picturesque Himalayas.
