Description
The Absolute dining table is inspired by the magnificent Absolute World building. Also known as the Absolute Towers and affectionately called Marilyn Monroe Towers by residents, this contemporary dining table reflects the twisting lines and fluidity of the building’s architecture.
The main goal of this iconic structure is to elevate natural lines of life and awaken human desires of nature, such as the sun and wind, and certainly human bodies.
The modern Absolute dining table features a charming, layered form that supports a smoked glass top, perfectly mirroring the twin towers in a luxurious piece of furniture.
Malabar Manufactory was established in 2012, launching a wide range of decorative Fado guitars and the World Architects furniture collection. It has designed and released a total of 5 exceptional furniture and accessory collections.
Malabar has made its mark at major international fairs such as 100% Design London, Maison & Objet, Decorex, Stockholm Furniture Fair, and Seoul International. These are among the top venues for showcasing.
Malabar’s furniture production originates from the Porto region in northern Portugal, an area with a long-standing tradition of handcrafted products.
The identity of this unique brand is rooted in the national architectural and artistic heritage of the past five centuries.
International experience and a pursuit of perfection are the details that guide such original companies. Emotions, handcrafted execution, and space-inspired design create an explosive mix of exclusive furniture.
The use of various techniques in working with natural wood results in incredible effects, as seen in Malabar’s exceptional collections. An important aspect of the design is the combination of neutral and black colors.
Vivid and striking colors dominate, significantly diverging from classic and stereotypical furniture.
Besides wood, the manufacturer uses brass, gold and silver leaf, as well as other high-quality raw materials.
The Portuguese soul is very colorful and fascinating, clearly visible in the bold furniture designs.
The company’s name comes from Malabar black pepper. Along with other spices, it changed the course of trade history with the discovery of the Cape. The value of original spices prompted Portuguese merchants to chart a daring sea route.
This remains true today, as Malabar continues to set very individual design boundaries and evokes strong emotions with its projects. They are very liberated, seductive, bold, and extremely luxurious.
And these are the products we love and introduce on the My Luxury Products platform.
